• Join Austin on Mondays at 2pm for a gym and studio based workout designed especially for our older members
• Wednesdays at 2pm is our Aqua class pitched at a pace and intensity perfect for our Evergreens members

Coffee Club

Wednesdays

• Enjoy an energetic Aqua class then join other members for a coffee and a chat in the restaurant
• Free tea or coffee for all class participants

Running Club

Wednesdays

• Join like-minded members for some fresh air on an outdoor run 
• All standards welcome, run at your own pace
• Saturdays at 10am also
