A huge variety of activities to keep your children entertained during the school holidays
Bookable either for a half day (9.30am-12.30pm), a full day (9.30am - 3pm) or a full week (Mon-Thurs).
Non-members also welcome.

Osteoporosis Screening

Osteoporosis is called "the silent epidemic", as it cannot be seen, but is becoming more and more prevalent in the population. A simple test can be done to guage your current bone density, and it is coming to Esporta Swiss Cottage in October. Check back here for more details soon!
