Leave the M25 at junction 27 and join the M11 southbound to London.

At the end of the M11 follow the North Circular (A406) westbound.

Keep in the far left hand lane and leave the A406 at the first junction (signs to Woodford and the A104). Follow the roundabout all the way round and come back onto the A406 eastbound.

Stay in the far left hand lane and go down to the next roundabout (Charlie Brown Roundabout). Turn left at the roundabout and join the A113 Chigwell Road. Follow the road for approximately 1 mile going under the M11 and up to a mini roundabout.

Go straight across the mini roundabout on to the B173 Manor Road.

The entrance to Chigwell is approximately 200 yards on the right hand side.

Once in the complex follow the road round to the health club.
