Introduced as part of Esporta's new menu the deal allows members to choose from a selection of bloomer sandwiches including tuna mayonnaise; prawn; ham; mature cheddar and chicken club together with a drink and crisps for £4.95

In addition, the new menu has an expanded healthy option section endorsed by the Weight Management Centre. Options include a selection of salads; baked cod in lemon; salmon fillet and chicken tagliatelle.

To allow members to make a real occasion out of dining out at Esporta clubs a number of new main meal options are available such as fajitas, grilled lime and chilli chicken and grilled Cumberland sausage and mash.

A 'curry banquet' has also been introduced where members can choose from a selection of curries and complement it with a mini lamb samosa, onion bhaji, vegetable and spinach pakora and mango chutney for £9.95 and add a Foster's beer for £10.95.

Hot Drinks

Esporta has also introduced a new snack menu and a coffee and pastry menu which also has coffee and tea 'to go' options and a selection of mouth watering pastries from £1.25.

Commenting on the new menu range marketing director Scott Wallace said: "Our member feedback showed us that members who use our gyms particularly at peak times - lunch and after work - want to be able to grab a sandwich before they go back to the office or home but don't always have the time to stay and eat in our restaurants.

"Members are also using our clubs more for socialising and relaxing with friends and that's why we've added the curry banquet and a new range of main meals."
