Esporta Taunton is Number One for Fitness

Jenny Copp, from central Taunton, has recently been awarded first prize in Esporta's national REFRESH! fitness challenge, winning over £3,000 worth of goodies.  The challenge took place throughout Esporta's 59 UK health clubs with 2,950 members entering the fitness challenge nationwide.

By visiting the Taunton Esporta at least ten times during a four week period, Jenny was entered into a prize draw to win the following:

• Tailor-made life coaching course
• Home REFRESH! consultation including £500 to spend on interior decoration and accessories
• 'Wardrobe Refresher' including a shopping trip in London, personal shopper and £500 spending money
• Night for two in a London hotel.

Jenny could take part in whichever activity she chose when visiting the club, for example a spinning or dance class, swim and sauna or work-out in the state-of-the-art fitness arena.  Every time she exercised she had to ensure her card was stamped by a fitness instructor for verification.

"I'm absolutely delighted to have won," comments Jenny, "the challenge provided that extra incentive to work-out in the run up to Christmas which was just what I needed.  I can't wait to redeem my prize, it's been a fantastic start to 2005."

A further member from each club won a Red Letter pamper day as reward for completing the challenge.
