Esporta has launched an incentive scheme designed to attract the best new talent. The scheme, named 'Bounty Hunter' offers all employees a reward of up to £1,000 for nominating a new member of staff from outside the company.
The scheme encourages staff to identify and report any talented potential employee that they think may be suitable for Esporta, not necessarily from within the leisure industry.
Bounty Hunter was launched with a pack of information sent to every current employee, including a mini-torch to 'search' for talent. In order to claim their 'bounty', staff must send the name and a method of contact for their suggested candidate to Esporta's recruitment manager, including the person's current position and suggested position within Esporta.
A database is being developed to hold all details received. If the candidate is successful at interview, the reward is then given on completion of the 12-week probationary period.
Graham Butler, recruitment manager at Esporta commented:
"Bounty Hunter is designed to ensure that we continue to attract top quality staff to the company at all levels, and we are not limiting our search to within the industry. It is important that all individuals within the business have the opportunity to help attract the strongest talent and contribute to our development. We're committed to maintaining the highest 'Club Class' standards at all times, and a quality workforce is crucial to this."
