Our Service
We pride ourselves on the service that we provide to all of our members. Recently we conducted a Member Opinion Survey, and invited our members to participate and provide us with feedback on their Esporta experiences. In return we made a commitment to our members to take action upon the feedback we received. As a direct result of our survey and listening to what our members told us, we have put in place an action plan for every club with a view to enhancing our member's experience. Ask about the action plans that are being rolled out at your club over the coming weeks.
As an added incentive we ran a competition to win six months Esporta Membership. The lucky winner was Wendy Woodford who is a member of our Brighton Club. Congratulations Wendy and thank you for providing us with your valuable feedback.
