They mark every aspect of the club's service delivery to its members - from the receptionist's greeting, to the changing room cleanliness and facilities, from checking essence levels in the steam room to making sure the food we serve is exactly to specification and delivered with a smile.
Clubs are incentivised on their performance on these audits because we know you expect the very best from your club.
To ensure that we consistently deliver service excellence to our member we work with an industry leading third party to deliver a mystery shopping programme that provides us with ongoing feedback and insight into the member experience - this is an essential part of our commitment to quality.
We actively encourage our members to participate in our Member Opinion Survey which takes place twice a year. This gives all our members the opportunity to provide feedback on every aspect of our service and facilities. Our commitment is to make sure we deliver outstanding service to every member, every day.
