Monday-Friday:
6.30am - 11.00pm

Saturday:
7.00am - 11.00pm

Sunday:
8.00am - 11.00pm

(Please note that during bank holidays the opening times & studio timetables may vary)

• The Fitness Arena closes daily at 10.00pm
• The Pool Area closes daily at 10.30pm
• The Bar/Restaurant closes daily at 10.30pm

(Food is served until 9pm Monday-Friday & 6.00pm Saturday and Sunday).
