Club Opening Times

The club has extensive opening hours, allowing you to get the most out of your membership. The Fitness Arena, Swimming Pool, Spa Pool, Steam and Sauna are all available during these hours.

Monday to Friday
6.30am - 10.00pm

Saturday
7.30am - 9.00pm

Sunday
8.00am - 9.00pm

Please note that last admission is one hour before closing and that all facilities close 30 minutes before the club closes.

Off Peak Membership Hours

Monday to Friday - 9:30am & last admission is 4:30pm

Children's Hours

For members with children, you may bring along your children:
Monday to Friday
9:30am till 4:30pm, Children must be out of the club by 6pm
Saturday & Sunday
9:30am till 12:30pm, Children must be out of the club by 1pm

Monday to Friday

10.00am - 8.00pm

Saturdays & Sundays

9am - 5pm
