Classes

While you are getting fit, you could be having fun too. We run over 3300 classes a week across the UK, so you can be certain to find something attractive and stimulating which will fit into your hectic daily routine.

At each club you can choose from over 60 different classes a week of varying intensity, each offering its own specific benefits. For instance, you could join a high energy class such as spinning or Body Combat, which will burn the maximum number of calories and improve your fitness in the shortest possible time. Alternatively, you could plump for the more gentle "mind and body" experience of Yoga or Pilates to increase flexibility, agility and build strength. There are the thoroughly enjoyable and social dance classes ranging from ballet to street dancing, to improve your co-ordination, fitness and footwork, and the strength and conditioning classes using weights and resistance bands to help you to tone and sculpt your body.

Something for our younger members

We can offer a wide range of classes aimed at our younger members such as Stretch and Grow, a class aimed at helping to develop the flexibility and strength of growing younger children aimed at keeping them injury free and helping them to develop their own strength and physical abilities.

'Teenology' exercise programmes are also available at many of our clubs providing a range of fitness exercise sessions for the young to join. We have circuits classes, cardio sessions and more, all delivered by fully qualified members of the Esporta team.
