Aerobics - A range of classes - including Body Jam, Spinning, Body Step and Urban Rebounding are designed to give you an enjoyable and challenging workout with different choreography and high and low impact alternatives - sometimes using a step platform with the options of varied heights. A continuous "stepping" motion has optimum training results with the workout being high intensity but low stress to the joints. Gives a great cardiovascular workout leaving you rejuvenated.
Mind & Body - In our hectic modern world, many people are taking 'time out' to practice mind and body classes such as Yoga, Pilates and Tai Chi. All of these classes are aimed at achieving body and mind harmony, focus and control - and are suitable for all ages and fitness levels.
Dance - Dance classes let you get fit, improve your posture, balance and co-ordination while having great fun and meeting people too - AND you're learning some great moves to amaze your friends with next time you're on the dance floor - perfect!
Body Conditioning - Conditioning classes are suitable for exercisers of all levels, with the emphasis on technique and toning rather than intensity. These classes often include light hand weights, resistance bands, tubes or body bars to increase intensity or effect. A short aerobic warm-up is followed by a series of toning exercises to work all those problem areas including bums, tums, legs and arms. With high impact moves this class is suitable for new exercisers and pregnant ladies.
