Designed for men and women, our treatment menu offers a wide range of invigorating and specialist therapies, using products from the following ranges: Espa, Mama Mio, St. Tropez and Jessica Nails. All treatments are performed by our dedicated team of therapists. There is no easier way to rediscover yourself and rebalance body and mind than with a visit to our spa.

Esporta Brighton has four spacious therapy rooms, all of which have been designed to enhance your experience. Soft ambient lighting and aromatic scents stimulate your senses allowing you to enjoy your 'me' time to the full. Or, if you want to come with friends, the spa can accommodate up to 12 people in a group. So if you have a hen party, birthday or other special event to celebrate, Tranquillity is the answer.

Also within Tranquillity is our Physiotherapy and Sports Massage Clinic, operated by Mrs Penny Lucy - Member of the Organisation of Physiotherapists in Private Practice. Appointments are available from Monday to Saturday, including evenings.
