Aerobics

Spinning

Take your cardiovascular workout to the next level with this powerful indoor cycling class. Classes are all stationary bike based and you will be taken through a variety of intensities by changing gears, sprinting and standing on your pedals. These classes are great fun and suitable for participants who are exercising regularly. If you haven't tried spinning before, start with one of our beginners' classes and do remember to book as they are extremely popular! Spinning classes are available at all Esporta clubs - some clubs also have the great new "Revolution" studios - combining state of the art audio-visual effects with bracing air-conditioning - to really set your pulse racing.

Circuit Training

A combination of cardio and strength training - all levels welcome - this class allows the participant to work to their own personal level. An instructor will put you through a variety of strength, cardio and flexibility stations. Feel free to go at your own pace in this highly motivating dynamic workout.

Body Combat

Body Combat is the ultimate martial arts based workout - a 60 minute pre-choreographed class which combines moves and stances developed from a range of self-defence disciplines.

Aqua

A safe, effective and fun cardiovascular and body workout in the pool with exercises for toning the upper and lower body. Using the water's natural resistance the muscles are toned whilst stamina is developed; the water's buoyancy offers support for a stress free workout. These classes provide a safe supported workout for any level and are particularly suitable for those with joint problems or who are new to exercise.

Boxercise

A circuit based class. Learn punching drills and techniques in this no frills workout focusing on skill and technique using punch bag, speed ball, gloves, shields, medicine balls and ropes! An excellent class for men and women which guarantees an inspiring workout you won't forget!

Kick-Boxing / Thai Boxing

Fancy learning this exciting and dynamic martial art? As well as self-defence techniques, this will also improve body awareness and flexibility at the same time as strengthening and toning legs, arms and torso. No experience is required as this class will challenge all levels.

Evergreens / New Horizons / Over 50s

These classes are ideal for our more mature members or for pre/post-natal women looking for a more gentle but still challenging class. Classes range from Gentle Circuit Training, to Exercise to Music and Aqua and are designed for those who are new to exercise as well as the more mature member with specific exercise needs. This class has a soft and gentle approach and no age barriers! You will receive additional care and attention in this class.
