For instance, you could join a high energy class such as spinning or Body Combat, which will burn the maximum number of calories and improve your fitness in the shortest possible time. Alternatively, you could plump for the more gentle "mind and body" experience of Yoga or Pilates to increase flexibility, agility and build strength.
